SO WHAT DO WE DO AT HOSKINS PARK?
When new men are accepted to the ministry, they are assigned a home with a house monitor who is responsible for creating a family environment for all those living in the home. They help our men by providing guidance, counsel, and accountability. Living on campus, our participants learn to accept personal responsibility for their room, job, and maintain employment. We address their development with the following:
SPIRITUAL GROWTH
Commitment to daily Bible studies, worship and Christ-centered teaching
EMOTIONAL HEALING
Counseling services and personalized plans designed to help overcome trauma, discover hope and gain freedom from addictive substances
FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Learning how to use a checking account, set aside savings and maintain good credit to help accomplish future goals
JOB PLACEMENT
Securing and maintaining a full-time job with HPM's assistance
SOCIAL CONNECTION
Learning to build healthy relationships with other men, contribute to the community and participate in fun activities in and around the area
